Computer Programmer Clinton Eugene Curtis testifies about how Voter machines and tallies can be manipulated.

Ironic how Clinton Curtis, the person testifying, was also a Democratic nominee running for the 2020 election. Curtis also worked for NASA and ExxonMobil. I wonder if Curtis is saying the truth but deflecting the truth on Republicans like the Dems do today.
