dogs: "K9 captures burglary suspect, Tyler Trump booked on multiple charges. While on patrol early Friday morning, one of our patrol sergeants witnessed a man trying to break into a bar & grill in the 20700 block of Sandy Blvd. in Fairview. When he saw the sergeant, the suspect ran away. Deputies radioed for K9 Pardo and chased the man into a nearby apartment complex. The man tried to break into an apartment, but couldn't get inside with deputies closing in. He continued running, jumping over a fence into another complex. Pardo arrived and followed his nose right to the suspect, who was hiding in a parking lot. Deputies took the man, Tyler Trump, 35, into custody. Trump was booked into the Multnomah County Detention Center. He’s charged with attempted burglary in the first degree, attempt to elude on foot, two counts of interfering with a peace officer and resisting arrest. Trump also had an active felony warrant. He remains in custody. The quick work from this team prevented a commercial burglary and overnight home invasion. Pardo now tops 20 plus captures over a year and a half. Good boy!"
