I own a 2014 Wrangler. AT 130k miles, it needs an entire new top end and it's SWMBOs daily driver - so never even kicked into 4wd. Whatever tey id, they did it with the absolute cheapest parts they could get their hands on. I average repairing something every other month.
Going to trade this in and get a 1990's model - can work on it myself and much more reliable. Chrysler definitely killed that icon.
OTOH, my FJ Cruiser has 387k on it and humming along fine…
