Agreed. That ship just takes a LONG time to turn. POTUS has done a lot, but will always be hampered by morans willing to work for the goverment.
Anon cares about one vet in particular, and will do what it takes to make him whole again. Anon is banking on insulting VA employee ego enough to get some results. If that doesn't work, will just do it muhself.
