Do all states have to certify results by 11/10 like GA does?

States that refused DHS/CISA measures and tools will have some explaining to do when consistent pattern emerges?

Electoral college needs to pick by 12/14 unless contingent election.

If a consistent pattern emerges that >>11516745

So for the states that Biden "won", if any of their board of elections or electoral colleges have lack of confidence in the integrity or accuracy of the election, votes don't get certified, and the electoral college cannot select a majority winner……

Do we see a contingent election?

It would be a timeline consistent with POTUS choosing to only playing defense, like we have seen.

If votes can't be legally certified, and the electoral college can't come to a majority by Dec 14th, the House of Reps decide POTUS and the Senate decide VPOTUS.

Is the optics roadblock gone? Considering Trump did not use Durham/Barr/Huber etc as part of any October surprise, is there still a giant optics roadblock preventing politically motivated investigatory action?

Does that roadblock end when states certify votes?

Does that end when the House picks JB as POTUS and the Senate picks Pence instead of Trump as VPOTUS?

Then FISA brings down the House (and probably the senate too?) and then impeachment?
