Part 1: The Wireframe
Swordy gets a tune up from his love, The She-Shield aka Shield
As time goes on the manipulation engine gets stronger, which at this point has yet to be explained.
So, first you must understand placebo and it’s effects. The placebo effect is way for the body to reproduce the effects of a psycho-stimulus that has been inflicted upon the parasympathetic nervous system, minus any psychoactive substances necessary for the traditional reaction to occur. Let’s put this in much simpler terms:
A drug addict, has a set routine, give or take a few unforeseen circumstances that may or may not happen or occur during the day the said addict. Now, using an apparatus (hypothetically speaking) that can record the fMRI scans of the brain and the brain stem + related spinal neurons, and once the synaptic reaction comes to completion, it stops the recording, and maps it to a binding affinity macro. In essence, record the rush of a given high that the drug user seeks, avoid the reward pathway at all costs, but instead, record all of the sense based patterns and brain waves. The smell of the high, the vascular pressure, the tingling sensation, the ‘push’, the onset characteristics that correlate the whole ensemble of the actual experience of doing the drug itself. Yet, the actual psychoactive substance is entirely absent. If the conditions are met, suffice to the prerequisites that is established by the basal ganglia of the user’s brain, the desired reward pathway is agonized and lit up, without the toxic expenditure of using foreign neurotransmitter metabolites.
Basically, get high for free, using triggers of the nerves, rather than the drugs themselves.
Depending on the addict, you may be able to fool the newer ones to the game. Others, I’m afraid, may be onto your silly schemes, and now it has become frustration, tension, angst, repetition, arousal, and the lingering addition of pain; psychosomatic pains that cannot be soothed in the traditional sense.
Now that we have gotten that out of the way, in the picture you see before you, there is a man, behind what seems to be a glass container, being monitored, and tended to by a scientist, rocker, from the 80’s, that has super science powers from planet’s far beyond. The scientist is SHIELD. The man being worked on, is SWORDY.
It’s up to (You) to decide what’s really going on here…
Is he going to be ok?
Will he ever get to be with Shield?
Is Shield actually helping him? Maybe she’s KILLING him, while making it look like a healing scenario?
What does this have to do with Q?
“Consider the vastness of space.”
