As long as the current states in play keep counting, which they seem intent on doing very slowly, the media won’t have their cover to declare the winner. This buys the time to get the CA votes counted. They probably thought they didn’t need to do large fraud in CA. Doing mail in votes would help increase turn out instead. But that will prove to backfire
