QAnon is like a game that lives from the ideas of the players. An eternal mystery, developed from hints and cryptic abbreviations. The millions of followers follow it as if it were breadcrumbs in a labyrinth of horror fantasies, old action movies and utopias about the power of technology. Everyone can get a bit closer to the puzzle, everyone can play along and invent something to add to it. Everyone has questions and seeks the answers in the deep wisdom of the Internet. And yet everything remains vague. The basic statement, however, is clear: The elites are evil, they abuse and kill children. They are in cahoots. Their names are Soros and Rothschild. They are preparing the new world order. And the QAnon-community resists against it.

Up to now one could rely on the good old anti-Americanism in Germany. At demos American flags appeared only to be torn up or burned. Today however you can see them on all anti-Corona demos. QAnon has arrived in Germany with all its might. The German supporters of the conspiracy Q love this game of anti-Semitism and authoritarian overthrow fantasies. This whispering, the aggressive dreams of finally cleaning up, triggers an old wound. It reminds them of the madness of wanting to exterminate the Jews, which reason and the Allies had interrupted so abruptly.

Donald Trump: An election victory in the USA would increase the madness

Four more years of Donald Trump means that this madness will become even more evident. The whispering, the rumor about the Jews may be wafting through the net today, but four years is enough time for it to spread and end in violence. Trump's style, his politics, his spreading of hatred and unreasonableness will accelerate this. All over the world.

QAnon, at any rate, unlike the Q on the Enterprise, promotes the worst in people. Whether it can be a challenge in a good sense, whether Trump loses in the USA because of it and whether QAnon in Germany will then disappear into the obscurity of the insignificant, we will see. In any case, this Q is an anti-Semite and by no means omnipotent.
