My son has a good job in Minnesota. Good pay … all the overtime he wants. Fifteen minutes from home.

His employer just decreed that faces masks must now be worn over the nose and mouth. Short of shouting "medical exemption" (previous 'widow-maker" heart attack) at the top of his voice, does anyone know of an effective way to get an employer to back off such an edict?

From his texts, it appears that his employer believes that this step is OSHA mandated. That doesn't make sense … they never previously mandated masks for the flu that I know of.
