How Dominion Voting Systems and Elections are Stolen

Bennie Smith, from Memphis found votes being counted but displayed as fractional decimals. This program allegedly counts people in terms of fractions. If you cap a candidate at a percentage, say 43% and there are 100 votes, that candidate will be allocated 43 votes. However, if you get 99 votes, 43% results in a fraction. 42.57 Votes.

These decimals are hidden within the software by default setting. Bennie Smith examined the files looking for decimals. Any amount of precision is available with decimals. This allows vote allocations. There is one variable no one can predict. How many people will walk into a polling place. You have to decide how much they will get. He found a feature in the database that allowed a feature controlling total votes to be a number with decimal places. The field size is “double” allowing for decimal precision. Any number of decimal places between 1 and 2 are there. Any between 0 and 1 are there. Bennie Smith demonstrated this.

An election summary report is pulled on election night under the GEMS menu.
