Trump is an optics genius. His relative quiet over the last few days is intriguing. It really does have the appearance he's trying to create a vacuum for Dems/Biden to declare victory. Essentially, give your opponent enough rope to hang themselves. He's letting the narrative run away intentionally. Makes me wonder why - but if we know enough about POTUS, I'm guessing this is a setup.
