Trump would not split the country if he thought the legal case was vague or technical. He doesn't roll that way.

The US is in the midst of a seditious revolution. These things happen. The insurgents are domestic enemies, for the most part. They will lose. That half (more like 30%) of the country will always be bitter and hostile. So what.

No insurrection act yet. Predicate is not in place. Might need to invoke in some isolated places, but only to justify use of force to quell disorder.

Professional have "gamed" this. You can learn too, but you have to read and understand a good chunk of law. Most people prefer to invent some, or accept ignorant blather on internet.
