Yeah, different kind of stress for sure. Spent over two decades in the x number of fights/week business, guns on both sides of the two way range and many, many, many life and deaths…you don't have time to think about it at the moment and afterwards is when your knees start shaking and you realize how close you came to dying…sometimes standing over a dead body.

 

This…you have nothing to do but think and try to figure out how to give your team the biggest advantage with limited information and resources…and virtually no performance feedback.

 

At least in the pointed of the kinetics, feedback is pretty immediate and frequently painful (some still hurt…kek)…this is brain/heart stress.
