Can we just declare that the people in the US Government do not represent the will of We The People, and therefore are not the US Government?
Therefore, by claiming that they are the true Government they've actually seceded from the Union.
There's at least two angles to this - the scientific one which shows that those in power in the US don't actually represent the people, they represent people with money and special interest groups.
Second way is simply that as of right now, it is impossible to prove that a single election in this country is legitimate. Since theyre all not legitimate, all the results are not legitimate, so those in power are not legitimate.
In short, the government has seceded from the union and it is our responsibility to install a legitimate government that was PROVABLY fairly elected that also PROVABLY represents the will of We The People.
