I have exclusive evidence of potential voter fraud in Philadelphia. The live stream only covers 9/12 of the scanning machines creating the appearance of transparency. Rig it right under people's nose. Counting should have been done at 8:03 Thursday.  From Tuesday 7:00 a.m. ET through Wednesday 4:00 p.m. ET officials processed 232,486 ballots at a rate of 7,045 ballots per hour, below the projected and reported rate of 10,000 per hour. At this point there were only 128,885 votes to be counted - it would have taken until 8:00 a.m. Thursday to count at the same pace.  

From Wednesday 4:00 p.m. ET through 8:59 a.m. ET Thursday officials processed 8,757 ballots at a rate of 515 ballots per hour. In fact, Trump held a lead as of 4:00 a.m. Friday morning. Approximately 3:40 a.m. Friday morning the live stream of ballot counting cut out. The feed cut out completely and a white screen appeared saying Dejero Output 4. The company's site markets its ability to create reliable connections. This interruption lasted between 3 and 5 minutes. For that time all mail-in and absentee ballots were in a single facility with no live stream. There is no saved video of this stream on the Philadelphia commission site. I have a screen recording of the video cutting out. There was also other potentially suspicious activity. If mail in ballots were brought without postmarks there would be no way to distinguish them from valid ballots. 

Delaying the count allows officials to access the voting database and see who has already voted or sent in a mail-in ballot to avoid duplicating votes. It also means a total can be calculated to know how many fake votes to create. Voters could submit emergency ballot applications to receive mail-in or absentee ballots right up to and even on election day. Only  346,006 mail-in ballots were recorded in the SURE system as of 5:00 p.m. Monday. This means 15,000 were returned at some point after that. This is one county in a state where Trump is only behind ~45,000. Combined with the issues in Michigan it is clear this is a coordinated effort which justifies the intervention of the United States Supreme Court.
