This code is trivial. All it is is a mass downloader that grabs every URL from a file you provide called pepe_meme_txt, which can be found at https://pastebin.com/5HSe8UJp.
That file contains nothing but URLs pointed at media.8kun.top
That said, this is kind of a stupid way to download pepes. Just put your pepe folder on mega or something.
