Think to offline backup all the documents stored on archive.org you want to keep, do not assume they will not go away!
As pointed out by zerohedge, archive.org will now start adding yellow banners that backlinks to 'fact checkers'.

So do not assume that the copy of whichever document or webpage you know is stored on archive.org will be there forever.
This could be a first step before something worse, when the SHTF.
Backing up documents is easy:
Say you want to keep an offline copy of a high quality scan of Carr's "Pawns In The Game", coming from a FOIA, rather than a low quality OCR that may or may not have the original content:
-
go to https://archive.org/details/foia_Carr_William_Guy-Pawns_in_Game-HQ-1/
-
use one of the offline download links on the right of the screen (see cap)
-
jp2 download links are often a zip of the raw hires pages (which takes more space - e.g., here 55MB for the jp2 vs. 9 MB for the pdf - but a great option if the book has pictures)
But also, potential alternative use of the 'new feature':
The backlinks to 'fact checkers' could be used in another way, to our advantage:
-
they could help us know that there already are fake arguments made to 'debunk' something and ready to be used by the cabal actors
-
they could help us counter-debunk them in advance
Also, question to the other anons:
I have always wondered, was the pawn in Q drop 229 (see caps above) also a way for Q to point us in the direction of that book, "Pawns In The Game", without saying it explicitly?
Or was it just private comms, since the drop was deleted?
