10 days of darkness 3-13 or more like 7-17?? 17 seems more likely considering past actions. Legally (at least when I worked retail decades ago) you had to let the shoplifter leave the store, then apprehend them. This way they cannot argue they intended to pay at the register. Once out the door they are guilty. And today they stepped outside the door. Am still very concerned, more fanatical members of any faction may take inappropriate action.
