In 2000 Florida, Gore vs Bush,they did the same thing. Saw how many votes Bush had,then recounted only Democrat cities for more votes for Gore. this is not shocking at all. A damned replay. Already,arm twisting is happening behind the scenes with "glitches" being the excuse and major votes going to be subtracted from Biden,in Georgia and elsewhere. Turns out glitches dont want to go to jail.
Arizona will be Trump's by tomorrow or Monday. Pennsylvania will have 300k to 700k tossed for not allowing observers and not segregation of late ballots.
