When this was first suggested earlier in the week it did not seem plausable to some anons for pretty reasonable considerations like, how would every state's authority sign off on this system unilaterally?

At the time and up to tonight when I read Tom Graham's thread and let the ideas swift around as I lay to sleep the premise was the legitimate ballots were QFS watermarked and therefore a fraudulent ballot is clearly fraudulent since there is no QFS watermark.

If that were the case, how could POTUS watch the fraud in real time?

seems this really was a sting operation like Dr. Charles Ward joyously explains in Tom Graham's thread. The blank ballots were QFS watermarked and used to supply the illegitimate votes. POTUS therefore saw the game played out live and has ALL of the evidence. For this reason, no unanimous approval of state leadership was necessary on the QFS ballots. Only unanimous approval for the illegitimate ballots which was easy, since this was a highly organized fraud. Old faggoty joe said so himself!
