It’s pretty clear to me why Barr has been less of a presence through all of this.

Based off the world blitzer interview he was well aware of not only the plot of mass voter fraud, but probably the plan to make it a sting.

I’m convinced he wasn’t sold on the idea and probably was skeptical of it working, so he kept one foot in and one foot out the door.
