From what i read in the story Q shared about Al Gore. His wealth in 2001 was 2 million,,, now it is 100 million. The same occurred with Obama, Clinton. It said all of his luck( in business turned for the good) when Obama and others in the Government jumped on the global warming band wagon, and gave 2.5 billion to various company's for research into green tech.
So thats where he got 100 million, Obama got some, and so did everyone else, who had their greedy little paws in the pot.
