If you check Q's posts from couple of weeks ago, he finally confirmed Wray and Haspel are going to be replaced. As you said, he wanted to give disinfo first because many hostile elements are monitoring Q's drops and what's better than to play dumb to make them feel safe and comfy as they do shady stuff and then later on annihilate them because you have everything recorded. MSM has picked on it too and they are saying President Trump will soon replace Wray, Haspel and Esper. Dailymail is rather funny here because only couple of days after Q's drop they just "happened to" find out Haspel and Wray amongst others are soon getting fired.
