Exspoliation is a legal concept, established in election case law, whereby legitimate evidence that is commingled with illegitimate evidence (or ballots in this case) does not have legal standing.

Alito just guaranteed Trump will win because Alito's order to sequester and separate the late mail ballots will not be followed by PA (to prevent discovery of fraud).

This will exspoliate all mail-in ballots received after election day in any voting district where election observers were denied access.

They didn't store them separately, so it would be impossible to properly recount, since they were mixed, hence the spoliation of their legal standing.

Everything counted after 8pm in PA and presumably after 11:59 pm November 3rd in other states with state law concerning ballots must be received by election day (hint, there are lots) will be ruled illegal and not count.

By defying an order of the Supreme Court to not mix the ballots, Trumps lawyers will prove that Democrats did this on purpose.

Democrats have officers on every level in Philly. Federal Employees are helping this fraud. The longer the evidence sits unguarded, the more the elections officials fuck with the ballots of mix them, the more it can be fraudulent and worse off they will be when it gets to Supreme Court.

There are other issues with this election, but the spoliation route has the most expedient legal pathway to bringing about the true result of the election. If the Trump campaign can also prove the electronic voter fraud used by Dominion it could become an avalanche victory. This is a much more technically difficult case to potentially attempt, and it would likely lead into criminal prosecutions.
