The postal worker in Buffalo was supposedly RETURNING to the US when pulled over for a routine inspection. Opening the trunk revealed a a postal uniform and a LOT of mail that he lied about.
Since his story about accidentally getting in the wrong lane and HAVING to cross the border would have ended stuff then and there … why did he lie about who owned the mail?

Then you should know why the CIA doesn't plug sensitive systems into the wall. These voting machines were plugged into the wall and receiving updates the night before the election … FAR too late for local IT guys and election officials to test the systems for function afterward.
They should have been air-gapped after the previous authorized update / testing cycle but were not.
Stupid move at best. Deliberate move more likely.
