From the New York Post – A top Democratic operative says voter fraud, especially with mail-in ballots, is no myth. And he knows this because he’s been doing it, on a grand scale, for decades.
The political insider, who spoke on condition of anonymity because he fears prosecution, said fraud is more the rule than the exception. His dirty work has taken him through the weeds of municipal and federal elections in Paterson, Atlantic City, Camden, Newark, Hoboken, and Hudson County and his fingerprints can be found in local legislative, mayoral, and congressional races across the Garden State. Some of the biggest names and highest officeholders in New Jersey have benefited from his tricks, according to campaign records The Post reviewed.
“An election that is swayed by 500 votes, 1,000 votes — it can make a difference,” the tipster said. “It could be enough to flip states.”
The whistleblower — whose identity, rap sheet, and long history working as a consultant to various campaigns were confirmed by The Post — says he not only changed ballots himself over the years, but led teams of fraudsters and mentored at least 20 operatives in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania — a critical 2020 swing state.
“There is no race in New Jersey — from city council to United States Senate — that we haven’t worked on,” the tipster said. “I worked on a fire commissioner’s race in Burlington County. The smaller the race, the easier it is to do.”
A Bernie Sanders die-hard with no horse in the presidential race, he said he felt compelled to come forward in the hope that states would act now to fix the glaring security problems present in mail-in ballots.
Mail-in voting can be complicated — tough enough that 84,000 New Yorkers had their mailed votes thrown out in the June 23 Democratic presidential primary for incorrectly filling them out.

Multiple Rupert Murdoch-owned conservative media outlets in the United States have shifted their messaging in a seeming effort to warn readers and viewers that Donald Trump may well have lost the presidential election.
The new messaging appears to be closely coordinated, and it includes an appeal to Mr Trump to preserve his “legacy” by showing grace in defeat. The message is being carried on Fox News and in the Wall Street Journal and the New York Post – all outlets avidly consumed by Mr Trump himself, especially Fox.
One Fox News host, Laura Ingraham, an intimate of the president ever since she spoke at the 2016 Republican national convention, made an astounding statement that seemed directed at Mr Trump personally, advising him to accept defeat “if and when that does happen” with “grace and composure” and appealing to his sense of his own legacy.
Ingraham said in part: “If and when it’s time to accept an unfavourable outcome in this election, and we hope it never comes, but if and when that does happen, president Trump needs to do it with the same grace and composure he demonstrated at that town hall with Savannah Guthrie. CRISPR gene-editing mistake results in over a dozen mutant embryos
Scientists using a controversial gene-editing device unwittingly created more than a dozen mutant human embryos, according to a new study.
In an effort to repair a gene that causes blindness, researchers using a CRISPR DNA-cutting machine accidentally got rid of entire chromosomes, or large chunks of them, according to a study published Thursday in the journal Cell.
For the study, researchers at an undisclosed lab collected sperm from a man with hereditary blindness to create 40 embryos.
They then used a CRISPR-Cas9 tool — which functions like a microscopic scalpel — to cut out the gene mutation they wanted to correct in 37 of the embryos. The remaining three were serving as controls.
But about half of the embryos lost an entire chromosome, or large swaths of it, on the gene where the mutation causing blindness was located, according to the study.
Removed or damaged chromosomes can result in genetic abnormalities that can be passed on to future generations.
“This is a very adverse outcome,” study author Dieter Egli, of Columbia University, told the Wall Street Journal.
The findings also show the “the human embryo seems unique in its poor ability to fix a DNA break,” Egli said, who added that it goes “beyond the debate” over the use of CRISPR in pregnancies.
Scientists have for years debated whether CRISPR is safe and effective enough to use on human embryos that will eventually grow into babies.
Critics point to studies showing the technology can cause cancer, while others argue that it is not yet precise enough.
Other skeptics take issue with the ethics of allowing scientists to “play God.”
Last month, a group sponsored by the US National Academy of Medicine published a report saying the technology isn’t ready to be used on embryos because scientists don’t yet know how to use it without introducing potentially dangerous DNA changes.

Reflections on the colour revolution in the USA.
I can hardly remember a US Presidential campaign/election carried out with virtually zero intelligent inputs and policies. It was as if it started at zero but then actually descended deep into minus territory. It was also clear from the outset that the same nomenklatura (or MICIMATT (2) – if you prefer) was solidly arrayed against Trump since the 2016 election when Trump defied all the media hype and had the temerity to win. From that day onwards a slow ‘colour revolution’ – i,e, putsches which had been successfully carried out by the US in various ‘naughty’ countries around the world – was operationalised and deployed against Trump. So for the entirety of his presence in the White House the sitting US President was the object of an unceasing campaign of character assassination, his loyalty to the US besmirched, his lack of education ridiculed, his manner boorish and clumsy, all of which shortcomings may have been to an extent justified, but he was never allowed to respond to a bogus narrative almost totally controlled by the MICIMATT complex.
THE AMERICAN CLASS SYSTEM
America and its advocates have always argued that America does not share the same class relationships, rigid social-hierarchies and history of class-struggles as has been the case in Europe. But even a cursory reading of American labour history will soon divest the reader of any such notion. Class struggles in the US have in fact been particularly vicious with the ruling elites being unrepentantly ruthless. For the established ruling elites Trump was an outsider, a voice of the hoi-polloi and decidedly not to the taste of the elite coalitions and ideologues of the F Scott Fitzgerald and Ayn Rand social/political strata. This has always been the case pretty much everywhere. To be sure, Trump was a semi-educated parvenu and many of his supporters may have also been somewhat deficient in this respect. But here’s the point. The worldview of the rich and famous was a perception of the world as they have and continued to experience it. In this respect being determines consciousness. This is the permanent social-political hierarchy that always and everywhere has existed from time immemorial but there are none so blind as those who refuse to see. Class struggle has been a continuous leitmotif throughout the ages and refusing this historical phenomenon doesn’t make it less so.
THE AMERICAN IDEOLOGY
Contrary to the media-hype the US has never been either exceptional or indispensable. During the late twentieth-century and early twenty-first America had developed into an imperialistic hegemon, simultaneously repressing its own people and making war on and intimidating other nations. Indeed it has been at war for 95% of its existence. All of this is a matter of record but it is taboo in the US itself and in most of its vassals. The US is run by a ruthless coalition of oligarchs, not as it is claimed by the masses. But the rule of the oligarchs is anchored in the second tier of America’s class structure. In short in the emergence of a middle-ranking elite of professional and managerial types – ‘an outer party’ in Orwellian terms which is the crucial ideological basis for the ascendency of the oligarch ‘inner party’ – this two-tier structure constituted the greatest negation of US democracy.
This new cognitive elite was made up of what Robert Reich called “symbolic analysts” — lawyers, academics, journalists, systems analysts, brokers, bankers, etc. (Less complimentary referred to as ‘Bullshit Jobs’ by the recently demised David Graebner.) These professionals trafficked in information and manipulated words and numbers for a living. They lived in an abstract world in which information and expertise were the most valuable commodities.

Administrative changes in Wisconsin election put tens of thousands of votes in question
From allowing clerks to fix spoiled ballots to permitting voters to escape ID rules, Wisconsin election officials took actions that were not authorized by legislature.
The Constitution allows only for state legislatures to change the ways elections are conducted, but memos show Wisconsin election supervisors made three substantial changes in 2020 that impact potentially tens of thousands of ballots in a battleground state that Joe Biden won by just 20,000.
Records reviewed by Just the News show that an executive branch agency called the Wisconsin Election Commission:
permitted local county election clerks to cure spoiled ballots by filling in missing addresses for witnesses even though state law invalidates any ballot without a witness address.
exempted as many as 200,000 citizens from voter ID rules by allowing them to claim the COVID-19 pandemic caused them to be "indefinitely confined."
failed to purge 130,000 names from outdated voter rolls as required by law.
The question now is whether those changes — in particular the instructions allowing clerks to cure ballots with missing information — will open the door for the courts to intervene as President Trump looks to contest ballot practices in multiple battleground states. The Trump campaign is seeking a recount in Wisconsin.
"This is a complication thing about elections like this," said Derek Muller, a professor of law at the Iowa School of Law and an expert in legal election matters. "I’ve seen it in a lot of jurisdictions, what might be sort of a technical violation of the statute, in this case encouragement to county clerks about how to use their judgment on whether or not to cure a ballot."
State officials, he said, might have construed the directive as something of a fraud prevention measure, so that election authorities could track down witnesses if need be. The issue of whether or not the election commission violated the law could depend on how the statute is worded and interpreted, he added.
Wisconsin Statute 6.87(6d) stipulates that any ballot "may not be counted" if it is missing the address of the voter's witness. The Wisconsin Elections Commission in August issued a directive to voters that reaffirmed that statute: "If [the witness signature and address] is missing, your ballot will not be counted," the directive read.
Then in mid-October, the Wisconsin Elections Commission issued a directive to the state's county clerks appearing to give them the authority, in contravention of state law, to fix incomplete (or "spoiled") ballots that are missing witness signatures.
"Please note that the clerk should attempt to resolve any missing witness address information prior to Election Day if possible," the directive states, "and this can be done through reliable information (personal knowledge, voter registration information, through a phone call with the voter or witness). The witness does not need to appear to add a missing address."

‘Nightmare Situation’: Man Sentenced For Sex Assault On Flight
Seattle – A 43-year-old Van Nuys, California, man was sentenced in U.S. District Court in Seattle to two years in prison for two federal felonies for his sexual assault of a young woman on a flight from London to Seattle, announced U.S. Attorney Brian T. Moran. Babak Rezapour was convicted on January 22, 2020, of abusive sexual contact in a special aircraft jurisdiction and abusive sexual contact with an incapacitated victim. The jury deliberated about two and a half hours following a five-day jury trial. At the sentencing hearing, U.S. District Judge Robert S. Lasnik said the crime was “an evil act…. An awful, horrible, nightmare situation.”
“This defendant not only assaulted this young woman on the plane, his history shows escalating assaults on women even before this incident,” said U.S. Attorney Brian Moran. “I commend this brave victim who has endured the pain of describing this crime to first responders, investigators, and ultimately to the jury.”
According to records filed in the case and testimony at trial, Rezapour sexually assaulted the 20-year-old victim while she was incapacitated from medication and alcohol on a Norwegian Air flight from London to Seattle on January 10, 2018. The victim had taken prescribed anti-anxiety and anti-nausea medication and drank a glass of wine. The victim then accepted a second glass of wine purchased for her by Rezapour. After drinking the second glass, the victim became unusually sleepy. She awoke to find Rezapour sexually assaulting her. Rezapour used his jacket to shield the activity from other passengers. The victim fled to the back of the plane and reported the assault to flight attendants.
At trial, witnesses described seeing Rezapour move into the seat next to the victim, contradicting his statements to law enforcement that he had stayed in his aisle seat with an open seat between them. In multiple statements to different investigators following the incident, Rezapour changed his description of what had occurred on the plane. In addition to consistent statements from the victim and witnesses, prosecutors used DNA evidence to prove Rezapour’s guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. An FBI DNA expert described how she discovered Rezapour’s DNA inside the victim’s underwear.

High Expectations for Biden to Rebuild Broken Alliances, Salvage Treaties
As a member of the old guard and a confirmed Atlanticist, Joe Biden, who has claimed the White House, is expected to "build back" the alliances and return his country to treaties it quit under his predecessor, experts told Sputnik on Sunday.
The Democrat claimed victory in the US presidential election on Saturday, even as vote counting continued in some holdout states. Sitting US President Donald Trump vowed to keep up the legal fight against mail-in ballots he considers to be fraudulent.
But as Erika Simpson, the president of the Canadian Peace Research Association, pointed out to Sputnik that fight seems already lost. Trump’s allegations of fraud have been rejected as baseless by US experts on constitutional law who predict his challenge in the top court will be easily defeated.
Restoring Multilateralism
A bunch of bilateral and multilateral treaties that have been axed under Trump — the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty, the Open Skies Treaty, the Paris accord and the Iran pact — have not been forgotten by Biden’s Democratic base four years from now.
Many of these agreements were negotiated with Biden’s help and the prospect of him going back into the treaty-making process is similarly improbable, Simpson said.
"Biden will appeal to his own democratic base and he will probably sign and ratify the treaties once more — except for the new Prohibition Treaty. The UN Treaty for the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons will be opposed by the US because it threatens the US deterrent," she noted.
Richard Sakwa, a professor of Russian and European Politics at the University of Kent, predicted that an "old-fashioned multilateralist" like Biden will look to bring the United States back into the UN World Health Organization and, hopefully, the UN climate change deal.
He can also be expected to seek an extension of the START treaty that puts a limit on the US and Russian nuclear stockpiles, considering the landmark pact is nearing its expiry date in February 2021.
"A one year extension just to give people time, with no conditions… There's also the Open Skies Treaty, and the whole architecture of nuclear arms control. So that's number one, that's absolutely crucial, and yes, there can be cooperation," he suggested.
As an architect of the Iran nuclear deal, Biden will be expected to bring the multiparty accord back at least in some form. Eugene Volokh makes the argument that Democrats are suddenly going to find executive orders a perfect response to gridlock.

Yes, it is time everyone, to switch positions on executive action, administrative deference, and nationwide injunctions. The past four years have been fun. Now it’s time to change things up.
In a best-case scenario, the Democrats will have 50 votes in the Senate. Any major legislation would require several Republican votes to beat a filibuster. And, if the Republicans carry a slim majority, then major legislation would likely not even be brought for a vote. Given these dynamics, it is entirely unsurprising that the Bide administration would turn to robust executive action to accomplish its goal.
And believe it or not, the only thing standing in the way of Biden and his radical executive orders will be the much-maligned John Roberts and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Volokh, as savvy a legal analyst as there is, points out that the Roberts court set “traps” for presidents who wish to undo their predecessor’s legacy.
Alas, the Biden administration will soon meet the Roberts buzzsaw. Over the past few years, the Chief has laid down a gauntlet of traps for Presidents who try to undo the actions of their predecessors. And I am convinced Roberts set these traps, knowing full well that he could snare them upon a Democratic President. The long game is quite long. Over the past four years, the Court’s progressives were happy to join these precedents. And the Court’s conservatives bitterly dissented. Now, it’s time to change things up.
We’ll see. But in the meantime, you would think liberals would object to executive orders on ideological grounds. After all, executive orders are the most undemocratic of devices, bypassing Congress to impose a president’s will. Somehow, when it comes to the raw exercise of power, there’s just no substitute for cramming a policy down the throats of American citizens.

UK Hopes Climate Change Can Warm Frosty Biden Ties
From his "racist comments" to populist image, Prime Minister Boris Johnson is viewed with disdain by some in Joe Biden's camp. But Britain hopes climate action could be a trump card to salvage its "special relationship" with the United States.

"It won't change," he insisted, despite the bad blood of the past.

Still, the Irish-American president-elect's ambivalence towards Britain was illustrated in a viral video shared by a BBC reporter in Washington on Saturday, after the Democrat declared victory over Donald Trump.
"The BBC? I'm Irish!" a smiling Biden retorted in the video from January, ignoring the British reporter's plea to ask a question.
The tone was jocular but Biden's discontent at Johnson is on record, after the prime minister introduced Brexit-related legislation that both Dublin and leading US Democrats fear could undermine peace in Northern Ireland.
In September, Biden warned Britain could forget about its hopes for a US trade deal after Brexit takes full effect on January 1, if Northern Ireland becomes a "casualty" of the EU divorce.
Last December, as Johnson closed in on a general election victory, Biden showed his own disdain in describing the Conservative politician as a "physical and emotional clone" of Trump.
The prime minister has offered praise of Trump in the past and his long trail of provocative comments has come back to haunt him at a time when France and Germany are beating their own path to Biden's door.
Biden was vice president to Barack Obama when Johnson, in 2016, wrote that Obama was anti-UK owing to his "part-Kenyan" heritage and "ancestral dislike of the British Empire".
Johnson is trying to make amends now and was among the first European leaders to post his congratulations after US networks called the race for Biden.

Pennsylvania Swears to SCOTUS It's Properly Separating (And Counting) Late Ballots – After Installing COVID Infection Election Rules
Pennsylvania’s Democrat secretary of the Commonwealth says that of course they’re doing everything right and honoring the Supreme Court order to separate mail-in ballots received after Election Day from all others – but they’re still counting them even though the Trump campaign demanded those ballots be set aside for the time being.
President Trump isn’t wrong to be skeptical about the shady practices underway in Pennsylvania vote-counting. He’s got plenty of company in legal circles. He’s known about the possibility of easy voter impersonation and fraud since the Keystone State installed its lax COVID infection election rules.
Among the concerns are allowing mail-in ballots—without a proper postmark or signature verification—to be received up to three days after the election. The GOP went to court before the election to stop the lax voting rules, but Chief Justice John Roberts sided with the liberal contingent on the court to create a 4-4 tie, which allowed the state Supreme Court decision approving the rules to stand. That meant the shady rules were held in place because Roberts apparently didn’t want the Court to involve itself in the election. Now, as feared and predicted, the Court is involved in the election. On Friday night, Justice Samuel Alito, who wanted the court to intervene during the first lawsuit, ordered the ballots to be separated in accordance with the guidance issued by the secretary of the Commonwealth. He also called on the full court to intervene.
Trump’s legal team wants the ballots arriving after the November 3 election to be frozen until litigation sorts out the rules.
Pennsylvania officials on Saturday responded to Alito saying there was “no evidence that any county is disobeying” the order to separate out the ballots. But they’re counting them anyway.
The order is related to an ongoing Republican appeal to the Supreme Court to try to keep ballots received in the mail after Election Day from being counted. The state’s top court granted a three-day extension, and the Supreme Court refused to block it.
Election boards around the state received guidance from the Secretary of State to segregate mail ballots that arrived between Election Day and the Friday deadline. However, the guidance also allowed the votes to be counted, the application said. It’s unclear whether all election boards are handling the ballots in the same way, the application said.
Despite the ambiguity about how each county is handling the ballots, Pennsylvania’s attorney general and Secretary of Commonwealth Kathy Boockvar issued a memo to the Court claiming they’re playing by the rules.
“There is no evidence that any county is disobeying that clear guidance to segregate these votes, and the Republican Party offers only speculation that certain unidentified counties may ignore that repeated guidance or that the Secretary will inconsistently change course,” the memo said.
As of Saturday afternoon, 63 counties had confirmed their prior compliance with the guidance, including Allegheny and Philadelphia, according to the memo. The votes received after 8 p.m. on Election Day were being tallied separately, the memo said.
She claimed there was “no evidence” of shady dealings instead of swearing there were no shady dealings, which might make more people feel a bit better about the vote count.
It would also be more confidence-inspiring if the Democrat in charge of elections sounded less like a party hack and more like a representative of the people of the Commonwealth.

Turkey In Turmoil: Finance Minister Resigns Days After Central Bank Head Fired
Turkey is bracing for a full-blown financial and economic crisis, after the country Treasury and Finance Minister Berat Albayrak, who is also Erdogan's son-in-law, unexpectedly resigned on Sunday citing health reasons, according to a statement on his Instagram account in which he said he would devote time to his family after stepping down.
"I decided not to continue my duty as a minister after five years in office due to health reasons,” Albayrak’s statement read. “I’ll spend my time with my mother, father, wife and kids, whom I have neglected for many years out of necessity."
According to Bloomberg, Turkey's treasury ministry confirmed Albayrak's bizarre resignation.
Albayrak has been in cabinet since 2015, when he served as the minister of energy (covering the period when Turkey was allegedly importing oil from ISIS in Syria) until he took over the government’s top economy position in 2018.

Wisconsin Poll Workers Allegedly Altered Thousands Of Invalid Ballots: Report
Poll workers in Wisconsin - a state Joe Biden won by just over 20,000 votes - illegally filled out witness information on thousands of otherwise-invalid mail-in ballots from across the state, according to to WISN, citing multiple sources to the "Dan O'Donnell Show."
Absentee ballots are required to be signed by a witness, who must also list their address - or the ballot is considered invalid.
According to the report, the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) told poll workers to 'add a missing witness address' to a ballot - while some poll workers allegedly took it one step further by signing for non-existent witnesses. In doing so, the workers may have invalidated thousands of ballots.
County and municipal clerks and poll workers across Wisconsin may have unlawfully altered witness statements on thousands of mail-in ballots across the state, "The Dan O'Donnell Show" has learned.
Wisconsin Statute 6.86 provides that an absentee ballot must be signed by a witness, who is also required to list his or her address. If a witness address is not listed, then the ballot is considered invalid and must be returned to the voter to have the witness correct.
Instead, multiple sources tell "The Dan O'Donnell Show," municipal clerks and vote counters across the state simply filled out witness signatures themselves. Acting on false and unlawful advice from the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC), these clerks may have inadvertently invalidated thousands of absentee votes. -WISN
"The statute is very, very clear," said retired Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman - who served as a Milwaukee poll watcher on Election Day. "If an absentee ballot does not have a witness address on it, it's not valid. That ballot is not valid."
"In defiance of and direct contradiction to the statute, the Wisconsin Elections Commission gave guidancethat is, coverto all 72 county clerks and turned the statute on his head," Gableman added. "They said, 'Gee, we know the law says an absentee ballot without the witness address is not valid, but county clerk, you have a duty to go ahead and look up on your own the witness' address if there's no address on the absentee ballot."
According to the report, the WEC informed voters that "your witness must sign and provide their full address (street number, street name, city) in the Certification of Witness section," adding "if any of the required information above is missing, your ballot will not be counted."
On October 19, the WEC instructed clerks to 'simply fill in the witness address themselves so that the ballot would not be invalidated.'
"Please note that the clerk should attempt to resolve any missing witness address information prior to Election Day if possible, and this can be done through reliable information (personal knowledge, voter registration information, through a phone call with the voter or witness)," wrote the WEC, adding "The witness does not need to appear to add a missing address."
Last week the Trump Campaign demanded a recount in Wisconsin after Biden won the state - with campaign manager Bill Stepien claiming 'There have been reports of irregularities in several Wisconsin counties which raise serious doubts about the validity of the results."

Following his resignation on November 5th, as SouthFront previously reported, now former, Kosovo President Hashim Thaci was arrested.
He can be considered as generally accused of crimes against humanity, carried out during the conflict against Serbia.
Earlier in 2020 a special prosecutor accused Thaci and others of being “criminally responsible” for 100 murders, during Kosovo’s 1998-99 independence war against Serbia.
A former senior commander of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA), he later turned to politics, in common with a number of KLA colleagues.
His indictment had been expected since the special prosecutor made accusations in June that the Kosovo leader was “criminally responsible for nearly 100 murders”, torture and enforced disappearances.
The Kosovo Specialist Chambers (KSC) was set up in 2015 to investigate alleged crimes against ethnic minorities and political opponents by the KLA during the war in which Kosovo broke away from Serbia. The tribunal operates under Kosovo law but is staffed by international judges and prosecutors.
“The Indictment alleges that Hashim THAÇI, Kadri VESELI, and the other charged suspects are criminally responsible for nearly 100 murders. The crimes alleged in the Indictment involve hundreds of known victims of Kosovo Albanian, Serb, Roma, and other ethnicities and include political opponents,” the prosecutor’s office said in a statement back in June.
Back then the charges were being reviewed by a judge, but it appears they’ve all passed.
“The Specialist Prosecutor has deemed it necessary to issue this public notice of charges because of repeated efforts by Hashim THAÇI and Kadri VESELI to obstruct and undermine the work of the KSC,” the prosecutor’s office said.
“Mr THAÇI and Mr VESELI are believed to have carried out a secret campaign to overturn the law creating the Court and otherwise obstruct the work of the Court in an attempt to ensure that they do not face justice. By taking these actions, Mr THAÇI and Mr VESELI have put their personal interests ahead of the victims of their crimes, the rule of law, and all people of Kosovo,” the statement concluded.
