Phoenix canariensis–Canary Island Date Palm
Native to Canary Islands (Spain), and North Africa.
More than likely the Qpic is Phoenix canariensis hort. ex Chabaud, witch is the name of the trees sold in common commerce in the US markets.

A few attributes of the Canary Palms (natural/cultivated):
Leaf–stem of lower leaves have sharp spines (2 to 3 in) and are usually orange in color.
Flower–yellow to orange and can be about 6 ft long.
Fruit–green changing to orange when ripe; fleshy, edible, but not tasty.
