These are the EPA rules and regulations put in place during the Clinton/Gore Administration.
It's interesting to see what is in the law vs what Al Gore has profited from since.
Who would know whats in those regulations better than him, since he wrote the book.

Obama Administration accelerated these regulations further, creating a pot of gold for Gore. Gore's objection to Pruitt is the fact that these programs will all end.

I agree, I have never trusted that man, too phony folksy in more ways than one.
