[C]ounter Attack before [D]eclass?

One thing I have noticed about Trump is the boomerang affect. In that link I posted there is a video with Thomas Wictor talking about the German's ability and process to a successful counter attack; and it got me thinking. Is Trump going to launch a counter attack going to use the attacks through the courts to provide cover for a massive blow with a declass to finish up his counter attack? Just some food for thought Anons.
