It isn't POTUS that will not concede, POTUS will win in the courts. It is Biden that will not concede which will force a convention of states, at that point it goes by a state by state basis.

This is actually a pretty likely outcome at this point, unless everything is dropped (declas) and the insurrectionists are taken beforehand. My concern is I do not trust the RINOS.
