DOES ANYONE KNOW IF KAMALA IS ELIGIBLE TO BE VP OR PRES??

I haven't been able to keep up lately, so forgive if it's been covered.

We kept hearing Obama was ok because his mother (1 parent) was an American citizen.

I don't think either of Kamala's parents were citizens. They were young students. He was a Jamaican citizen until 2015. She was an Indian citizen. I tried Wiki (yeah, I know..) for this info.

Clicked on her mother's bio and it just doesn't mention her ever becoming a citizen. In fact, when she died in '09, Kamala supposedly took her ashes to sprinkle off the coast of India.

If this is true, did she ask her father to do it 5 yrs ago because she had aspirations and hoped it would fly? My digging skills are not that of an autist, so could use help.

If neither of her parents were citizens, she can't be VP - because she isn't eligible to be President.

Since I think Pres Trump will have another 4 yrs, it's probably moot - but this stuff needs to get settled now - in case she tries again or for others who might.

Course I don't think anyone in congress or intelligence (etc) should even have dual citizenship with another country.
