I believe it's a way to show the voter fraud, shine a light on the snakes (those flipping sides), and expose the MSM fraud as being an authority on all things information. Millions of people take everything the media says as gospel, so they need to have a huge letdown to come to their senses.

I'll bet that the FBI & DOJ turn out to be heroes when all is said and done. If you really think about the plan as we see it unfolding now, it makes sense why the investigations all dragged. That was part of the trap. Let the enemy feel confident, and open the front door for them to walk right in.
