Dominion voting machines and likely State of Washington vote fraud in Governor's Race

Dominion voting machines have been used here by the state of Washington for a few years.
There hasn't been a single election since 2005 (which is when Washington state became an 'mail-in voting' state), where a Republican candidate has won the governor's office. It's always been a Democrat .
I suspect, (along with an included text of a whistleblower), that this election with Inslee (deep state asset), vs Loren Culp (Republican, ex-law enforcement, ex-military, 2nd amendment patriot), has been tampered with in )read: rigged) in the same way as the others.
A 'writ of mandamus' was filed, and it looks like it was against the Dominion Voting machines. The writ was rejected by the state attorney general.
In other words, the governor's race for the state of Washington, has likely been rigged using these Dominion voting machines (probably via algorithm, and definitely with mail-in voting ballots).
