You are spot on. Scatter plot maps dont capture very well. They are using pandas df's so we can play with the code presented to generate other views. I will play with these through out the shift. XLS may there is a csv just posted.

Is redundancy not the key to prevent voter fraud? Voters should have to mark two ballots - one should be given to repubiclan counters and the other should be given to democrat counters.
Maybe a third copy could be kept in a sealed volt.
Where the counters find diferences, they could go back to original volt to dermine if vote exists and who was vote for. If it does not exist in vault the vote can be rejected as fake.
