This looks more like a construction zone than anything else. Temporary fence, portolet, and a lull onsite. It's how I would setup an area to limit access while work is going on.
Also, the handrails are missing from the steps.
Think about it…POTUS would be accused of starting a hot uprising if he held an event here. Personally, I would love it, but I don't see POTUS playing into their hands like this.

QR is difficult to navigate on purpose. Hang around and play on the catalog. You'll get it. Took me awhile.
