Good question. Looks like there's about 450 "corrections". Interestingly they seem to dock Biden more than Trump and at a higher rate.
This data is a gold mine. There's a ton of analysis that can be done on it. And a lot of work. This is my first dive into it, and just very quickly at that
I would assume this is noise that needs to be normalized. My first impression is that this isn't nefarious. But this really requires proper research and understanding of the backend processes and data sources
