I'd guess unlikely, but I wonder if there is a passive tracker that would ring to wi-fi or a cellphone. Everyone carries a cellphone. Like RFID or something like that.

Gotcha. Not something I have done any research on, but kind of interested/curious if they have any passive sensors like that, where you wouldn't suspect it but it can be tracked by cell or wi-fi. Not only related to these ballots.
So it will be interesting. If they get skeert before certifying there could be big adjustments/self-admittijg fraud. If there aren't, then everyone involved in any fraud in the whole certifying state is getting a federal felony.
Might as well wait on anything public until they all certify, so we get all the criminals.
