It's awful.
There is another vicious cycle going on that I should have mentioned last bread that may help inform anons on why things are so bad in the black community now.
73% of black children are born out of wedlock, and a huge portion of the two parent households are blended families. Why is this important?
The black women get to choose between the smart straight laced guys or the guys with "swag". This occurs from grade school all the way up through high school (this tends to change in college if they make it there)
From Grade school through High school:
The Smart Guys:
-not cool, considered lame
-not valued but are mocked for their intelligence
-don't fit in with the black kids, so they find refuge with other groups (white, asian, etc)
-tend to date other girls in other ethnic groups, because they tend to appreciate intelligence more.
The Guys with "Swag"
-May be athletes (which isn't a bad thing), or criminals/drug dealers/gangbangers
-get all the best black females first
-seen as role models/cool
By the time high school is done, many of the girls are pregnant by the swag guys, who are always in high demand, so they never settle down but move onto the next girl. This creates the huge number of single mothers.
Once they get to college, most of the swag guys aren't there. They are dead, in jail, or on drugs, or doing God knows what. What is left are the smart guys and the women who made it, When I was in college the ratio of black women to black women was1:6. In other schools it was1:15.
This means that:
Smart guys might choose one of those black college women, but may not, because they already prefer other groups because they don't pressure him to "be black".
Once they're out and into the workforce, good luck finding a good and attractive black women WITHOUT a kid (73% of black kids born out of wedlock). The smart guys, once rejected, are pressured to "step up" and marry one of these single moms and not to sellout and get another woman without kids because she isn't black. I know a guy who married a woman with SEVEN KIDS from multiple men.
If you want a famous example just look up russell wilson, ciara, and future. Wilson is a nice guy, married to a woman who had a kid with a thug rapper, and he antagonizes the guy to no end.
So in summary, bad dudes are making kids without fathers in their lives because swag and criminality is king in today's black community and by the time many value smart good guys, the damage is done.
