I voted in that city. Our machines had an attached "receipt" printer attached to them. As you reviewed your ballot step by step it printed each section out for review. As you tell the machine yes it printed correctly it gets sucked into the machine. Nothing to hand in to anybody. Machine tabulates internally and also tracked by continuous paper trail. Not sure if the type of machine being shown here was used anywhere in this city, but certainly not by myself.
