I don't think they counted on Scorecard being so obvious about its 'adjustments' of prior votes.
THIS is perhaps partly why they shut it down, and switched to manual vote injection.
'Fractional magic' was leaving too many breadcrumbs, flopping 20k votes at a time.

I think a number of counties were hosting their own numbers. Perhaps those were 'pre-adjustment'. Or maybe they were only running it at the central office.
