I think a number of counties were hosting their own numbers. Perhaps those were 'pre-adjustment'. Or maybe they were only running it at the central office.

The fact we were WATCHING for a cyberattack is going to be the 'incidental collection' excuse for why we have logs of the 'software upgrade' deployed in the night before the election into Georgia.

 

Why did they do it so last minute?

Did they realize they needed fractional magic to shift a greater percentage than they were previously planning?
