The director of the Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, Chris Krebs, appears to be a rogue intelligence asset:

"As the Daily Beast explains it, it refers to a “deep-state supercomputer” named “Hammer” and a computer software named “Scorecard” that some people believe were used to alter the ballot count in favor of former Vice President Joe Biden and to the detriment of President Donald Trump. To be clear, there is no evidence that hammer and scorecard is true.

Chris Krebs, of CISA.gov, wrote on Twitter, “Same as yesterday, Hammer and Scorecard is still a hoax….I’m specifically referring to the Hammer and Scorecard nonsense. It’s just that, nonsense. This is not a real thing, don’t fall for it and think 2x before you share.”
