Do we need to look at all appointments (including those inside the US) to Boards, Committees, Commissions, Foundations,
Institutions, Fellowships…the way we have looked at Hunter Biden's appointment to the Barisma Board; as a bribe for
access to…? Do we need to wonder what the appointee has to offer to deep state, or what the appointee has already
done for deep state, or both?
