Report: Trump Plans to Fire FBI, CIA Directors After Election
President Donald Trump is planning to immediately fire FBI Director Christopher Wray if he gets re-elected, reports Axios.
CIA Director Gina Haspel and Defense Secretary Mark Esper are also on his list.
One source close to Haspel told Axios she's considering leaving on her own, telling the news outlet: "Since the beginning of DNI's push to declassify documents, and how strongly she feels about protecting sources connected to those materials, there have been rumblings around the agency that the director plans to depart the CIA regardless of who wins the election."
