We have failed to teach our children what love is.

"I love my blanky."

"I love Mickey Mouse."

"I love Angry Birds."

"I love Basketball."

"I love my new shoes."

"I love my new car."

"I love my new house."

Etc. Etc. Etc.

And, I LOVE MY GIRLFRIEND/BOYFRIEND/SPOUSE TODAY, BUT I'LL FIND A DIFFERENT ONE TOMORROW.

Body, mind, spirit… The spirit of true love is trashed from birth. Thankfully, Gr. Granny always said, "Don't love anything that can't love you back. You can like things a lot, but never love them."

Our Lord Jesus Christ is the true spirit of love as He gave His life for YOU and ME to live forever!

Who, what are you defining as "All"?

Basketballs (things) have no spirit. We should not define them as being loved. How is a child to learn the meaning of love when a parent says "I love you. Or "I just love my new cell phone."? Any lasting relationship between a couple is dependent upon knowing what true love is.
