I’ve been mulling over what 11.3 and 11.4 actually are. They’re not framed in the normal way dates are. This fooled us initially with the IP address for 8kun. We all thought it was a date but the periods in between the numbers fooled us.
11.3 and 11.4 are not dates. 11 is a day, and 3 and 4 are the articles they will be charged under.

Now hold on. I was talking about Article 3, what’s the applicability to Podesta with article 4? What is ‘actionable’?
