Guise, I’m sitting at my desk working on a project through which we’re defending a state’s Constitution and the United States Constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic, as I took the General Flynn oath to do, but I just happened to catch this afternoon’s interview between Howie Carr and Attorney Joe DiGenova, so I took notes as I listened.

The discussion gave me hope, so I’m sharing it with you nice faggots.

‘’’SUMMARY OF THE HOWIE CARR - ATTORNEY JOE DIGENOVA INTERVIEW FOLLOWS’’’

Attorney Joe DiGenova and his wife, Attorney Victoria Toensing are both on President Trump’s legal team so they will be helping to challenge the allegedly fraudulent election. ‘’’[THIS IS GREAT NEWS, GUISE.]’’’

President Trump should pursue all litigation that has been publicly announced, so far, by President Trump and his representatives (e.g., Mayor Giuliani).

Attorney DiGenova said, “[w]e have issues in all those contested states related to: (1) fraudulent votes; (2) votes of deceased voters; and (3) the biggest issue – mail-in ballots with no way to verify, particularly in Philadelphia where observers were not permitted to have meaningful view of the counting process.”

PART 2

Supreme Court Justice Alito left open the possibility that all ballots that were set aside will be thrown out and disregarded completely.

If the late-arriving ballots cannot be segregated from ballots arriving during the official voting hours, then they will have to be tossed.

The remedy? There’ll be no way to certify the election if the late-arriving ballots cannot be segregated.

If the votes can’t be segregated, pursuant to Supreme Court Justice Alito’s order, then the election must be decided by all votes accrued by close of election in that state (Illinois, where President Trump was up by 700,000 at close of the election).

If the Supreme Court says “no” to that option, then the Pennsylvania legislature must appoint its own electors.

The problem with this, said Howie Carr, is that the Pennsylvania legislators said, on Friday, that they won’t do that. They want it based on “popular vote” (even though the “popular vote” contains fraudulent votes.

Joe DiGenova said, “Yeah, well, that was Friday. We shall see what happens once proof of fraud is revealed.”

Joe DiGenova said if the Supreme Court rules that Pennsylvania’s change of deadline rules was unconstitutional and note that Supreme Court Justice Alito wouldn’t have issued the order he issued last week without consulting with the other U.S. Supreme Court justices first then President Trump wins Pennsylvania.

Howie Carr asked Attorney DiGenova, in states that are all controlled by Republicans, where this is going on, in both houses, can these states’ legislators refuse to certify votes?

Joe DiGenova - says YES. These state legislators have plenary (i.e., unlimited or absolute) power. The legislatures have plenary power to select the state’s electors by any means.

Howie Carr asked, “[c]an the states refuse to send anybody? “

Attorney DiGenova said, “I don’t know. They CAN nullify. They can rule that electors were fraudulently selected and send no one. But that would nullify the state’s votes. Or they can select new electors.”

Howie Carr then noted that not everyone in every state legislature is a profile in courage, so they may kick the can.

Attorney DiGenova said, if that happens then we go to the option where Congress decides, and it will be a result of 26 to 24 in favor of President Trump.

Attorney DiGenova also said that all of these options are unsatisfactory because they don’t punish the fraud. He sternly said that globalists keep saying there was no fraud and Attorney DiGenova’s response to that is, ‘’’“all of this was a coincidence with a purpose.”’’’

Attorney DiGenova continued by saying that there’s no way that 71 million Republicans voted a straight ticket EXCEPT for President Trump .

Howie Carr - asked, “[h]ow about the 450,000 ballots marked for ONLY Biden?”

Earlier in the show, before Attorney DiGenova appeared, Howie had commented that the 450,000 ballots with ONLY Biden voted are impossible. That’s like eating only one potato chip. Doesn’t happen. That’s like eating one peanut. Never. That’s like eating only one piece of popcorn. Nope.

Attorney DiGenova took a minute to skewer Fox News. He said that “listening to them lie” is very upsetting. I got a quote: ‘’’“They [Fox News] are kissing Joe Biden’s fanny, and now they’ve become anti-Trump. I hope Trump sets up TRUMP TV and screws Fox into the ground.”’’’

Howie Carr, formerly of Wellesley, MA and now broadcasting from Florida, suggested that President Trump should head on over to Newsmax.

Attorney DiGenova replied, “I think Trump’s days of being a guest are over.”

Then Howie Carr and Attorney DiGenova discussed Mark Esper’s firing today. They both liked how President Trump fired the SOB (my words) before Esper had time to submit a letter of resignation.

Howie asked “[w]ho’s next?”

Attorney DiGenova said, “I hope it’s Chris Wray. Is Bill Barr still my guy? I hope so.”

Howie Carr then informed Attorney DiGenova and all us viewers that, apparently at around 3:00 p.m., today, Bill Barr was seen walking into Mitch McConnell’s. What’s that all about?

Joe DiGenova said, maybe Bill Barr was giving notices of what Durham’s doing. It’s okay to say, “there may be indictments” but Bill Barr can’t tell Mitch McConnell who’s being indicted.

DiGenova said that Attorneys General talk all the time. The bottom line is the AG’s office is trying to stay out of the election as much as possible. If they’re investigating fraud, Bill Barr could say ONLY something like, “we’re investigating fraud,” but give no more details.

If Bill Barr talks about the election fraud, he can talk only in general terms.

Howie Carr asked Attorney DiGenova, “what is the most corrupt place?”

Attorney DiGenova replied, “Philadelphia,” other than the usual places like Chicago. Pennsylvania has a corrupt mayor, a corrupt District Attorney feckless House and Senate. Michigan is running a close second to Pennsylvania (in terms of corruption).

Howie and Attorney DiGenova also spoke about Wisconsin, and Joe DiGenova says he’s very glad to hear that Wisconsin is looking into the allegations of fraud.

As they were wrapping up the interview, Attorney DiGenova strongly stated that ==President Trump will NEVER concede. He’s a fighter.

He’ll never, ever, ever give up. He will never allow this fraud to go unchallenged. The scheme was “too cute.” This started years ago, when they (the left) changed things (related to voting) in a number of states two years ago, in order to get some states to lighten up the rules about mail-in voting.

[COMMENT FROM ME - this laying of the groundwork clearly demonstrates our defendants’ intent to commit fraud, i.e., it confirms that this was an intentional scheme to steal the 2020 election, and it was KNOWINGLY set in motion well in advance.]

Attorney DiGenova also said that regardless of the “groundwork” that (our enemies) laid years ago, if they did anything to change the voting rules (in a way to make their alleged fraud easier to commit) without legislation in any given state, then those acts (to lighten up the voting rules) will be deemed unconstitutional by the SCOTUS.

That would then invalidate any votes that were received under the new unconstitutional rules.

HASTE MAKES WASTE, BABY. – my comment, not Attorney DiGenova’s or Howie Carr’s.

Attorney DiGenova said that the Supreme Court of the United States may have to deal with a number of states where these unconstitutional voting changes were made. .

In the final section of the chat, Howie Carr and Attorney DiGenova ripped Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts – bigly. They noted that if Roberts hadn’t punted, right before the election, we would not be here. If Roberts had a spine and voted under the Constitution, the recent decision would have been 5-3, rather than 4-4.

But because Roberts punted we’re now in the situation we’re in today. It’s a mess.

Finally, Attorney Joe DiGenova said,“John Roberts is a little poppin’ jay.”

Howie Carr replied,”Yeah, he’s a little poppin’ jay with a bald spot.”

Howie ended by saying “[t]hanks for coming onto Newsmax, where we’re not back-stabbers” (referring to the sons of bitches at Fox – my words, not Howie’s).
