2019 - Switzerland Researchers have found a severe issue

in the Barcelona headquartered Scytl (aka Clarity Elections) voting system

that they say would let someone alter votes undetected.

They halted use of this in Switzerland.

This operates in the US.

"A cryptographic backdoor exists in a part of the system

that is supposed to verify that all of the ballots and votes counted in an election

are the same ones that voters cast.

But the flaw could allow someone to swap out all of the legitimate ballots and replace them."

“We have only examined a tiny fraction of this code base and found a critical, election-stealing issue,”

said Lewis on Scytl Clarityl Elections.

“Even if this [backdoor] is closed, its mere existence raises serious questions about the integrity of the rest of the code.”

Dangers to free and fair elections posed by electronic voting are well documented.

Partisan goals can be achieved through subversion of central tabulation

via an attack on the voting network.

Wealthy politicians or their frens can invest in + own the voting machine manufacturers.

Scytl was owned by three firms: Spinnaker SCR, Balderton Capital, and Nauta Capital.

Balderton co-invested in companies with In-Q-Tel,

which is a non-profit venture capital firm controlled directly by CIA

and founded in 1999 by dir George Tenet.

Essentially folks, we have the CIA involved in our Electronic voting system thru In-Q-Tel.

The folks funding psyops on unsuspecting conservative on Twitter.

which shares a board member with In-Q-Tel.

NextDoor wasn't Benchmark's first joint venture with Greylock.

The two partnered directly with In-Q-Tel to bring a big data company called Decru to market

Balderton invested in Recorded Future along with In-Q-Tel and Google Ventures.

Recorded Future - A group of Tweets or Facebook messages or texts can be sifted for a reference to a given time.

This functionality is one of the key features of the NSA's PRISM program.

Paul Allen, with Greylock, Benchmark, Nauta, In-Q-Tel and George Tenet's Allen & Company

appear to have spent hundreds of millions building the perfect storm.

These aren’t hand counts they are opti-scan bulk readers.

GA NC PA is counting about 5-6 million votes.

Tx Fla both counted over 10 million in one day

They pause to recalculate exactly what they need to win.

GA NC PA had 80% or more counted day one,

day two they were all over 90%,

three days later they are still counting.

The FBI refused to investigate previous electronic voter fraud for starters.

Lets start with Dallas County Texas 2018.

covert destruction of the ES&S equipment, software, and data storage devices

is maintained in unsecured data files on the clarityelections.com domain

and processed through Scytl’s Barcelona server.

General Election voting records are automatically forwarded from the Clarity website to multiple domestic and foreign DNS addresses,

including ES&S, Scytl in Barcelona, Smartmatic12 in London, and Russian server at South Ural State University in Chelyabinsk, a known GRU installation

to look at the hugely anomalous gubernatorial race

After the election, our cyber team uncovered a split second in the Kentucky election night video feed

This live feed from CNN accidentally showed reported votes to Gov Bevin (KY) decrease by 560

at the exact same instant his opponent, Andy Beshear, had an identical increase of 560 votes:

This vote change is a 1,120 vote swing in a race decided >5,000 votes

Not covered publicly is what we found out when we mapped the entire (Clarity Elections) network and its ownership

and discovered a majority of the entire system rolls up to SCYTL, a Barcelona, Spain company.

It is SCYTL (Clarity Elections) that has the final control on vote counting and reporting

(and which the CNN video shows changing votes).

Both the Chicago Sun Times and Forbes say it raises troubling concerns about election cyber security.

Between SCYTL and another vote counting company, SGO Smartmatic,

an amazing amount of the US Elections apparatus is held by, stored, and reported by foreign-owned entities

and often this data is held offshore.

"The foreign hosting of US voting information is therefore declared a national security concern

and inconsistent with the letter and spirit of multiple U.S. laws

including broad areas of Foreign Intelligence, the RICO Act, the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States"

Action 3: All 50 States and Territories must attest in writing

to the Secretary of Homeland Security and the Federal Election Commission by Sept. 30, 2020

that all electronic and manual aspects of their voting is hosted in the United States of America,

So I'm certain they watched

The entire U.S. election system is vulnerable and likely compromised by illegal access

and the actual perpetrators may be veiled in secrecy.

It is open to system-wide manipulation.

We have observed and gathered compelling evidence of dangerous, substantial interference.

Election Fraud has been perpetrated on a massive scale in this country going back to at least 2008 and continues to be perpetrated.

Entire outcomes have been shifted.

This completely eclipses mere Voter Fraud.

2016 Presidential race was saved only by unprecedented turnout from Trump supporters (wholly unexpected by the perpetrators)

Two of the people I invited to the deer camp were specific because they are two contractors that TXDPS/CID uses for forensic cyber investigations.

First off they are actually currently active in an ongoing investigation into Harris and Bexar counties voting irregularities for 2020.

So they aren't some old retired guys that aren't up to date, in fact both are half my age and a hell of a lot smarter.

They set me straight right off the bat that I'm going about this from the wrong angle 100%.

All the dirty voter rolls, mysterious midnight dumps and sharpie claims, are nothing but a distraction,

as well is the counting room lockouts, all deliberate distractions to draw attention to a dead end road.

First thing I ask is how can that be.

James told me right off the bat that sure enough all these obvious distractions are blatant voter fraud,

but they are so obvious on purpose, and that's to be the shiny object to distract the crying baby (i.e.jingling keys).

First thing they debunked right off the bat was the dishonest belief that our voter system is an air-gapped secure voting system.

True enough the actual point of the original vote in any state system is air-gapped.

Regards if it opti-scan paper ballots or touch screen electronic.

Where the real theft is happening is in the tabulation systems not in the count rooms.

This is where the nefarious actions are coming from.

The tabulation systems are not air-gapped, this isn't a secret it's just not ever talked about,

because they always direct you to the voting machine itself.

James and Ron both laughed every time I'd bring all these distractions,

and they'd slap me around mentally and tell me I'm not listening, and they explain it further.

When I talked to them about the curious strategic pauses in counting, their eyes lit up that they had me on track.

But then I explained what I thought.

But then I was immediately "distracted" by the opti-scan ballots and counting.

The dirty work is done where nobody sees it,

not in the open plainsight of the countrooms or the vote gathering points,

and it's not done at the canvassing point.

It's done in the electronic tabulation database and both these guys are convinced not even on US soil.

Their best guess is Barcelona Spain & Frankfort Germany.

And this all ties back to a company called SCYTL & its subsidiary Clarity

Back to Accenture and their acquisition of SYCTL.

Those not familiar with Accenture, Accenture is the corrupt offshoot of the once mighty Arthur Anderson.

Arthur Anderson was taken down during the Enron collapse by the wholy corrupt Andrew Weissmann

Accenture began as the business and technology consulting division of Arthur Andersen in the early 1950s

to conduct a feasibility study for GE to install a computer at Appliance Park in Louisville, Kentucky, one of the first commercial computer application.

But in 1989, Arthur Andersen & Andersen Consulting became separate units of Andersen Worldwide Société Coopérative (AWSC).

Throughout the 1990s, there was increasing tension between Andersen Consulting and Arthur Andersen.

Just a little history to why this matters.

AWSC were direct competitors or Arthur Anderson for the biggest accounting contracts on the earth,

AA's subsidiary Anderson Worldwide dominated the commercial accounting market.

Don't fall asleep because I'm going to tie all this together.

while the corrupt DOJ of the Bush admin was taking down Enron, and the innocent Arthur Anderson via Andrew Weissmann,

AWSC was standing by waiting to pounce.

AWSC was suddenly flush with money, when they partnered with Hitachi Consulting,

Hitachi Consulting Corporation (HCC) is fronted as an American international management and technology consulting firm headquarters in Dallas, Texas.

However HCC is Asian funded,

as part of the sell off of our country that really ramped up beginning in the GWB administration

and continued through the Obama admin.

Sell off our county one piece at a time and no one said a word in DC.

In 2002 when AA was dead in the water and forced surrender their CPA licensing

the void was filled by foreign entities disguised under the fronts of US acquisitions

To me the most disturbing findings are the large-scale & pervasive foreign storage,

processing, hosting, & reporting of US election data & outcomes,

as well as foreign ownership of several key election machine companies used in most states!

And in this case every one of the states key to fixing this election were tied into the Clarity/SCYTL network.

Every single one, let that sink in a minute.

But controlling the state level Sec of States and what vendors they use are next to impossible without legislation

Multiple new lawsuits being filed Monday morning 180º from the countrooms and sharpies.

Pointed directly at these offshore networks that handle all these tabulation centers

and all these mysterious thumb drives that go missing for a few hours then come back out of the blue.
