I don't mind the gore fag, honestly. I've seen all this shit. We embalmed many of them. Had to make them look good for the funeral, if we could. That meant screwing teeth into the skull, adding plates here and there, cutting skin off the ass to graft over the face and shit. His gore is actually rather mild.
