What's the plan with the battle against 'two-tier' voting?

To prove that a lack of voter ID (or as PDJT has said: "ID Voting") has disenfranchised people of all races and colors for decades?

To also prove to everyone that in fact the DNCCP has knowingly denied blacks their right to vote via their illegal two-tier voting system?

‘Blacks’ especially because the racist DNCCP pretends that they are the ‘party of the black community’ ?
