I looked further into the Boris Johnson Tweet and hidden message. There is definitely something here, but I can't fully make out what the message says. I need more eyes on this, guys.

After taking the message and using gimp on it, some words became more noticeable. All I was able to make out was the word 'Trump.'

Can you guys read or make out what the rest of the message states?
